SHOW TIME & DETAILS

Typically, shows start at 7:00 pm, though performances can be scheduled for any time or day, including afternoons. Concert-style seating is preferred, and beverages are welcome. Dinner shows during the performance are discouraged due to the high level or noise and interruptions. Dinner served beforehand and cleared prior to the show is, however, welcome.

FAQs

Do you provide your own sound system?

Yes. A full sound system will be provided with up to 4 large speakers for big auditoriums. I will also bring my own stage lighting and a curved back drop, if needed, to cover up background interference.

Do you accept audience tips?

Yes, a tip bucket will be provided at the stage.

Is dancing allowed?

Yes, dancing is encouraged! Feel free to get up and move your body and sing along, too!

Is there an intermission?

No, the Neil Diamond show is 2 hours — about the length of a good movie — and the 80s and Country shows are 90 minutes long. I run them all non-stop to get through the full set of songs.

Do you accept song requests?

Not really. The show is pre-scripted with songs lined up in sequence in a program cue.

What is the typical audience size?

Typically the size is 150 to 250 in small towns. Some shows have drawn in 400 to 500 at major resorts. Understandably, the maximum occupancy of some halls can be less. The minimum acceptable audience is 75, to justify the 80% rate. Theater audiences range from 600 to 2000+ in attendance.
